Dust protection is provided in the form of an attractive powder-coated aluminum mesh grille. The mineral-loaded polypropylene cone material and butyl rubber surround enhance durability and long-term reliability. CVS 601-BK is specifically designed for applications requiring the combination of excellent music and speech sound quality and exceptional reliability.

Comprehensive Installation Package

The CVS 601-BK comes equipped with an integral zinc-plated steel back can that includes a recessed termination box, catering to a wide range of installation needs. Its semi-matte black finish allows it to blend seamlessly into any environment without drawing undue attention. The removable locking connector features secure screw terminals and a "loop through" facility. Additionally, it includes a steel cover and strain relief clamping mechanism designed for fire-rated cabling. To facilitate quick and easy installation, security toggle clamps are provided, along with two tile support rails and one C-ring in the package. Furthermore, an optional plaster (mud) ring is available as an accessory.
