The WaveCAST C Single-Channel Wi-Fi Audio Streaming System from Williams Sound is a hardware-based DSP (Digital Signal Processing) audio system that streams high-quality, real-time audio over Wi-Fi. This system is ideal for professional audio applications, including assistive listening. Audio can be streamed to a free mobile app compatible with both iOS and Android devices, or to personal devices equipped with Wi-Fi receivers. The WaveCAST C is designed for easy integration with third-party room systems and can be controlled via Telnet commands over Ethernet.

The device includes a 3-pin XLR/1/4" TRS combo connector with selectable phantom power and a line-level output jack. Its DSP features consist of automatic gain control (AGC), custom audio presets, high- and low-pass filters, limiters, and compressor gain control. The WaveCAST C supports both unicast and multicast network configurations. Most settings can be adjusted using the integrated OLED display on the front panel or through a hosted web interface, allowing users to select channels and adjust volume levels while connected to the Wi-Fi network with their personal devices.
