With this new, of the Series of AcousticDesign of installation loudspeaker products from QSC Audio, QSC AD-S32T surface mount loudspeaker system is an expansion of the series. Professionally designed for general purpose and background audio playback, QSC AD-S32T is compact, attractive and acoustically matched to the entire AD Series. It is able to handle 120 watts peaks and rated for 30 watts continuous power handling, the QSC AD-S32T is housing in a very small package but contains a fully featured loudspeaker system. QSC AD-S32T is a 3" woofer crafted with a polypropylene cone intended for its own protection in humid environments. The driver features is optimized to deliver usable low-frequency extension below 70 Hz and features a synthetic rubber surround. An additional humbucking magnet provides AV shielding. The high-frequency device is a 0.75" dome tweeter with a titanium diaphragm and a cloth surround. The dispersion of the high frequency is 100° by 100°. The AD-S32T measures 85 dB SPL sensitivity. The enclosure is crafted from high-impact polystyrene and available in colors black or white. With its aluminum grille which is backed with acoustically transparent foam it is providing protection from the elements. Signal input connections are made with a sealing weather cover and plated screw terminals provided for outdoor applications.The AD-S32T is unmatched in its installation versatility. An included ball mount assembly can be attached to a variety of surfaces or structures. In addition to attaching to the rear of the cabinet, the ball mount can be attached to the top of the cabinet for mounting to an overhead structure or to the bottom of the cabinet to provide a shelf stand. Also included in the system is an aluminum yoke mount. This mount further enhances the AD-S32T mounting options for either vertical or horizontal installation. The AD-S32T is equipped with a 70/100 V transformer with multiple taps and an 8 ohm bypass.
