The SM82-EZ-II comes in two color variants: SM82-EZ-II-BK Speaker in Black and SM82-EZ-II-WH Speaker in White. It is an economical solution that is professionally designed for integrators are in need of a surface-mount indoor or outdoor speaker option for paging and music applications. SM82-EZ-II is built capable of incorporating a dedicated 8-inch polypropylene woofer and an offset 1-inch soft dome tweeter that comes along with waveguide for delivering superb intelligibility for background to foreground messaging and music (up to 106.0 dB max. SPL). SoundTube's proprietary BroadBeam Ring™ technology in all models are intended for ensuring high intelligibility, even well off-axis. The SM82-EZ-II is using a 64-watt low-insertion loss transformer and a six-position tap switch that comes along with a transformer bypass position. Enclosures for the SM52-EZ are built ported, comes with port plugs included for outdoor use; grilles and mounting hardware are powder coated aluminum. Mounting for the SM82-EZ-II comes including a proprietary, tool-free, low-profile Stealth™ bracket with a direct drive cam-wedge for stable and aiming made precise up to 90 in one direction. Inputs are made with the use of a ceramic terminal strips, making these speakers suitable for European voice evacuation systems. A safety cable, wall mount bracket, conduit connector and port hole plug are all included.
