An audio matrix processor for sound installation and management is the AHM-32. It is intended for use in various settings, including corporate, hospitality, educational, event and multi-purpose venues, retail, theaters, cruise ships, and sporting venues. It also has audio distribution, paging, conferencing, and speaker processing features. An extensive ecosystem of remote audio expanders, remote controllers, interfaces, apps, and software supports the AHM-32 processor. There is a series of portable, wall mountable, rack-mountable, and proprietary point-to-point Layer-2 or Dante transport protocol audio expanders available. A selection of IP remote controllers is available for volume control, audio source selection, preset recall, and other functions. Additionally, AHM may connect to external devices through GPIO, TCP/IP, or industry-standard control protocols. More control choices and customized user interfaces for various users and device types are available with the Custom Control editor and app from Allen & Heath, which also supports kiosks and BYOD.
