LAB GRUPPEN LUCIA 120/1-70_US1 Compact Mono 120W Amplifier for High-Impedance 70 V Installation Applications (LUCIA 120/1-70_US1)

Introducing the LUCIA 120/1-70: Uniting Effortless Installation with 120 Watts of Dispersed Power in a Compact Amplifier Compliant with Energy Star Standards.

Great Sound, Flexibility, and Ease of Use

Lab Gruppen's groundbreaking LUCIA (Localized Utility Compact Intelligent Amplification) revolutionizes audio performance, delivering exceptional flexibility through a decentralized approach to AV system design. With power, processing, control, and I/O strategically placed where needed, it's a game-changer in AV setups. LUCIA is the go-to solution for applications demanding consistent top-tier performance, offering a streamlined, cost-effective, and scalable alternative that often bypasses the complexities and added costs of a centralized equipment hub. These amplifiers integrate a digital, firmware-driven front end combined with a robust, durable, and highly efficient Lab Gruppen output stage, setting a new benchmark for sound quality and reliability in the compact amplifier category.

Fits in Anywhere

Introducing the LUCIA 120/1-70, a marvel meticulously crafted for swift assembly and seamless setup. Engineered with a supplied wall-mount bracket, it stealthily nestles behind video displays while its ultra-compact physique offers versatility—be it snug beside a projector or seamlessly integrated into reception counters, lecterns, podiums, or even the vibrant ambiance of a bar area. With all connections streamlined through Euroblock screw terminals (paired with parallel unbalanced RCA connectors) and front-panel potentiometers for effortless level adjustments, this ingenious creation ensures a safeguarded journey for both the amplifier and its companion loudspeakers. Cutting-edge circuitry stands sentinel against the perils of clipping, thermal overload, or drastic low line voltage, shielding your sound experience from potential harm.

Integrated Mix-Matrix and DSP Front End

Within the heart of the LUCIA 120/1-70 resides a digital front end, boasting a 2 x 1 Mix Matrix alongside an expansive suite of DSP capabilities. Among these treasures lie the coveted proprietary Automatic Dynamic Loudness Contouring (ADLCTM) and a rich array of EQ filters positioned both before and after the matrix. These remarkable attributes render external mixers and processors obsolete in numerous scenarios, conserving both precious time and valuable resources. Enabling a seamless journey, a software wizard stands ready to streamline the setup process, while an advanced editor empowers offline configuration of prevalent presets. These customized configurations can be swiftly ushered into multiple units via USB, fostering unparalleled efficiency and ease in management.

Green Credentials

The LUCIA amplifiers proudly bear the Energy Star seal of approval, positioning them as the prime selection for projects striving for energy-efficient certifications. Exhibiting a conscientious design, these amplifiers gracefully transition into a standby mode, sipping less than a single watt of power after a mere 20 minutes of silence, conserving energy without compromising readiness. What's more, their responsiveness shines through as they swiftly power up within a blink of two seconds upon detecting an incoming signal, ensuring prompt readiness and efficiency when needed.

Energy Star Qualified

Our Energy Star-certified products excel not just in their outstanding Lab Gruppen sonic performance and robust power output, but also in their exceptional energy efficiency. They achieve this feat by maintaining incredibly low current draw even at high output levels, optimizing power consumption during operation, and scaling it down significantly during non-operational cycles. This prowess allows them to seamlessly balance impeccable sonic quality and formidable power output while effortlessly meeting and surpassing the stringent efficiency benchmarks set by the latest Energy Star certification standards.

ADLC for Great Sound, Every Time.

The groundbreaking Automatic Dynamic Loudness Contouring (ADLC) embedded within ensures a listening experience that's not just fuller but also comfortably immersive, especially when immersed in lower perceived levels. This cutting-edge technology, sourced from the industry-leading TC Electronic, guarantees that LUCIA amplifiers deliver an unparalleled reproduction of the source signal, irrespective of the output gain or what's traditionally referred to as "volume." With ADLC at the helm, your auditory journey remains faithful to the source, regardless of the amplification level, ensuring an unmatched sonic experience.

Third-Party Control

Once installed the LUCIA can be controlled and monitored either via GPIO or more extensively using the RS232 interface that is included. The protocol used is open and free for anyone to implement. The list of companies supporting it is growing.
