This comprehensive kit includes two miniature, moisture-resistant omnidirectional microphones, making it ideal for stereo instrument recording, broadcast, theatrical productions, and on-stage performances. Each microphone features an electret-condenser capsule with normal sensitivity, delivering crisp, clear, and detailed audio for instruments, vocalists, speakers, and presenters. Powered by DPA’s CORE+ technology, the microphones offer a wide dynamic range and exceptionally low distortion, even in demanding sound environments. They handle peak sound pressure levels of up to 131 dB with less than 1% distortion, providing reliable performance for a wide variety of recording applications. For accurate stereo recording, the two microphones are hand-selected to match sensitivity within ±1.5 dB. Their compact MicroLock connectors support compatibility with a wide range of wireless transmitters through separately available adapters. Two interchangeable capsule-protection grids per microphone allow users to adjust the sonic character for different placement positions. The kit also includes two XLR adapters, instrument mounting accessories, windscreens, and protective cases.
