The M30 is a cost effective measurement microphone designed by Earthworks is intended for large and small room calibration. The extra wide frequency response of 9Hz to 27 kHz is flat all through the whole spectrum & results in accurate room calibration using MLSSA, Smaart, SIMM and TEF based systems. The small element yields an omni-directional pattern leading in a wide pick up area at the front and sides of the microphone capsule. The M30 microphone also comes with a "white" noise generator that is capable of adapting to a 1/2" calibrator adapter for field calibration.
