The black DPA 4071 CORE+ Miniature Lavalier Microphone is a compact, moisture-resistant microphone designed for wireless systems used in broadcasting, live performances, and theatrical productions. Its low-sensitivity electret-condenser capsule handles loud voices and performances, while its presence boost helps deliver clear, crisp, and intelligible speech. Its rugged yet discreet design makes it suitable for professional presentations and demanding live-stage environments. Featuring DPA’s CORE+ technology, the 4071 provides a wide dynamic range and significantly reduces distortion at sound pressure levels (SPL) up to 133 dB. Its low-sensitivity design allows it to handle peak SPLs up to 137 dB with less than 1% distortion, making it well suited for loud speakers, vocalists, and presenters. Two interchangeable capsule-protection grids are included to adjust the microphone’s sonic character for different placement positions. The microphone features a compact MicroLock connector and can work with a wide range of wireless transmitters using separately available adapters. It operates on 5–10V plug-in power supplied by a compatible wireless microphone transmitter, providing a practical solution for professional audio applications that demand reliable, clear sound.
