This QSC KW152 is representing the evolutionary step in wood-enclosure loudspeakers. QSC system engineers have created this QSC KW152 as being both significantly lighter and smaller than previous wood-enclosure models, and also to feature all the groundbreaking electronic attributes of their popular K Series. The QSC KW152 features a 1000W (2 x 500W continuous) Class D power module in a QSC-design. It is fitted with a output 1.75-inch HF compression driver, along with its 15” woofer, to handle the high end. The QSC KW152 is providing 60° conical coverage, and can also perform as a monitor floor wedge. Its texture-painted, rugged birch enclosure is making it to look professional as well as stellar sound, ergonomic handles, 35mm pole sockets with Tilt-Direct, with a tour-grade 16-gauge steel grille and M10 rigging points for suspended installs. The K152’s mixer section has two combo inputs plus stereo RCA ins, along with a single summed balanced out and two direct channel outputs. The extensive onboard DSP features Intrinsic Correction and DEEP technologies that enhance system performance, and at the same time GuardRail protects both the performance and your amp module from destructive, unnatural clipping.
