A high-performance 1U rack-mount 6-way stereo distribution amplifier, the RB-DA6 divides a source into many outputs. There is one stereo input and six stereo outputs on the RB-DA6. Additionally, it can be set up to distribute one mono input to twelve outputs by the use of a switch that is set back on the front panel to keep it from being knocked accidentally. It is possible to wire the XLR-3's electronically balanced inputs and outputs unbalanced. The front panel provides access to pre-set potentiometers for the left and right input gain controls (normalizing), which are designed to prevent a short circuit on one output from affecting the others. Each output is individually buffered. It is possible to adjust the output gain between -8 and 18 dB, which helps normalize professional and consumer sounds to produce outputs of 0 and -15 dBu, respectively.
