Radial Catapult RX4L 4ch receiver, balanced outs, line-level transformers, uses shielded cat-5
The Radial Catapult RX4L is a snake that is designed to use alongside the TX4L which is accepting four-channel of line-level signal over Cat5/Cat6 cables, and routing them into the eight XLR with the jack provided. Four of the XLR channels and the other four are isolated as the same time. The Radial Catapult RX4L is perfectly useful in live-sound reinforcement applications, because it is allowing the live-sound stage techs use relatively affordable cable for ensuring the quality of the quality audio connections around large venues and stages. It's also best to use by system contractors, who are given the ability to employ a pre-wired networks for moving audio throughout disparate room.
The Radial Catapult RX4L, in addition to the Catapult's XLR terminations, the user need to keep in mind the two RJ45-type etherCON connections. One is a multi-channel input, for use with the TX4L on the transmission end. The other is a throughput, and can be implementing in routing signal to additional Catapults.
With three different destination pathways possible via the XLR banks and the etherCON throughput, you can split audio to multiple sources, if that's your desire. A ground-lift switch helps eliminate any noise issues on the Cat5/Cat6 line, while a steel handle provides easy transport, and four bumpers protect the Ethernet jacks and ground-lift switch from wear and tear.
- Glass-filled, nylon XLR connectors
- Nickel-silver contacts will not tarnish over time
Minimal signal degradation over long cable runs
