The Community ALC-1604D is professionally designed as one of their trio of Amplified Loudspeaker Controllers (ALC), with this model being 4 channels x 1600W version. The ALC series is made for providing additional flexibility for use in real-world Community loudspeaker system applications that comes along with bridged channel pairs supporting driving loads down to 4 ohms at double the power of a single channel.

ALCs are providing all of the signal routing, protective limiting, zone switching, remote monitoring, DSP processing, and amplification functions needed between a mixer and the loudspeakers in virtually any Community Professional Loudspeakers application. Standard Ethernet communication protocols are made for allowing for fast system design, system control, and remote system monitoring. Analog and Dante® inputs are made included for having a quick and easy integration into any new or existing system. Community-authored loudspeaker presets come including equalization, high pass filters, and multi-stage limiters tailored to each model, that ensures a consistent sound quality and full loudspeaker protection in every application.

In-depth control and monitoring is accomplished with the use of ArmoníaPlus® System Manager Software, giving you the capability of tailoring the sound and managing the system at a remote, decentralized location. The ALC-404D is also possible to be trusted in mission critical applications, such as fire alarm systems, thanks to the cleverly engineered power supply that is made for allowing reliable operation even during the time of connected to a UPS in addition to the per-channel, user-assignable fault-indicating GPIO connectors on the rear panel.
