The 266xs designed by DBX is a dual channel compressor/gate that when added to a live sound rig or studio, it will deliver more professional and polished sound. The unit can work either as a stereo processor or in dual mono mode and features all the usual controls needed for this kind of processor.

The unit offers the ability to smooth out uneven levels, add sustain to guitars and fatten up drums. The 266xs also makes it easy for bringing the vocals to the front of a mix. The Overeasy compression technology returns smooth and musical performance for simplified operation, while the exclusive AutoDynamic attack and release controls puts great sound within easy reach.
