The DPA 4061 CORE+ Stereo Instrument Kit in black is a professional microphone solution designed for studio recording, live performances, broadcast, and theatrical productions. Featuring two miniature, moisture-resistant omnidirectional microphones, this comprehensive kit delivers clear, natural sound reproduction for musical instruments, vocalists, speakers, and presenters. Each microphone features an electret-condenser capsule and a compact MicroLock connector, providing compatibility with a wide range of wireless transmitters through separately available adapters. The microphones are hand-selected to match sensitivity within ±1.5 dB, helping deliver consistent stereo imaging and balanced audio capture. Powered by DPA’s CORE+ technology, the 4061 provides a wide dynamic range and exceptionally low distortion, even in demanding, high-volume environments. Its low-sensitivity design handles peak sound pressure levels up to 137 dB with less than 1% distortion, making it suitable for loud instruments, vocalists, and presenters. Two interchangeable capsule-protection grids per microphone allow users to tailor the sonic character for different placement positions. The kit includes two XLR adapters supporting 12–48V phantom power, along with instrument clips, boundary-layer mounts, adhesive surface mounts, magnetic mounts, and protective cases. These accessories provide versatile mounting options for professional studio sessions, houses of worship, and live event productions.
