The DPA 6060 CORE Subminiature Lavalier Microphone is a professional, moisture-resistant microphone designed to capture clear, natural dialogue while remaining virtually invisible on camera. Featuring an ultra-compact 3 mm electret-condenser capsule, it is easy to conceal in clothing and costumes, making it ideal for broadcast, theater, live performances, presentations, and TV, film, and video productions. Powered by DPA’s CORE technology, the 6060 delivers an extended dynamic range and extremely low self-noise for outstanding audio clarity. Its included capsule protection grid protects the microphone element while providing a subtle 4 dB presence boost between 8 and 20 kHz, helping voices sound more defined and intelligible. The removable grid attaches securely with a tactile and audible click and can be removed for cleaning. With a maximum SPL rating of 134 dB, the microphone can handle the demands of most standard speakers, vocalists, and presenters. Its modular design features a MicroDot output connector and operates on 5–10V plug-in power from a compatible wireless transmitter. This version includes a 3-pin LEMO adapter for compatibility with select Lectrosonics, Sennheiser, and Wisycom transmitters, providing convenient integration into professional wireless audio setups.
