The Primacoustic F101 1002 00 Offset Impaler is used for providing the installer with a instant, simple and effective method to mount the Broadway fiberglass acoustic panels onto wall surfaces and creating an air cavity behind the panel for increasing the bass absorption at the same time. The Impaler comes featuring a U-shaped design that is capable of elevating the panel from the wall surface by 3.5 inches, this makes it easy for aligning with typical 2 x 4 studs.

The 20 gauge galvanized steel Impaler comes featuring a series of sharp protruding darts that are penetrating the panel designed for securing it in place during installation. In order to ensure panels do not get dislodged after installation, applying a dab of construction adhesive to the Impaler darts by the time of the mounting process is adding a level of security and is reducing the opportunity use for tampering.

Impalers are installed with the use of typical sheetrock anchors and screws. Maximum load limit is 12 lbs, dependent on the wall fasteners.
