A miniature condenser instrument microphone that is specifically optimized for use with wind instruments like congas, drums with free-floating suspension systems and that is the Sennheiser e 908 B-ew. The Sennheiser e 908 B-ew features a cardioid capsule audio in vivid detail and clarity while exhibiting an outstanding rejection of off-axis noise and feedback. The Sennheiser e 908 B-ew handles high sound pressure levels without peak distortion, enabling close proximity placement without noise. Sennheiser e 908 B-ew has a unique design like the miniature capsule that remains out of sight during performances and the flexible gooseneck allows for easy positioning. The mounting clamp of the Sennheiser e 908 B-ew dampening materials to eliminate extraneous vibrations, impact and handling noise. The Sennheiser e 908 B-ew features a locking miniature 1/8” connector for use with EW series belt-pack transmitters, however the MZA 900P cylindrical preamp is included and terminates to a standard -pin XLR connection, for direct connection to PA system, consoles etc.
