The Turbosound TCS62/TCS62-WH is perfectly suited for a broad range of speech and music sound reinforcement applications, the Turbosound TCS62/TCS62-WH feature its 2-way full-range and a compact, passive 6.5" 700 Watt (175 W continuous) arrayable loudspeaker system that's uniquely engineered to work in conjunction with Turbosound loudspeaker management systems. It can provides optimal infill, front and downfill performance – and its compact size makes it an outstanding choice for under-balcony and monitoring applications. The Turbosound TCS62/TCS62-WH has an arrayable loudspeaker that features a carbon fiber-loaded 6.5" low frequency (LF) driver with a low-mass voice coil, providing for enhanced transient response, plus an aluminium dome 1" neodymium motor compression driver mounted on a rotatable 100° horizontal by 60° vertical converging elliptical waveguide. When the waveguide is rotated 90° from its standard position, a 60° horizontal by 100° vertical dispersion pattern is achieved, opening up the TCS62 for an even wider variety of applications. All drivers are matched with an internal passive crossover network in a reflex-loaded enclosure. The rear panel connector plate of the Turbosound TCS62/TCS62-WH includes both Neutrik speakON® NL4 and barrier strip connectors for input and link connections to additional enclosures. Also, the Turbosound TCS62/TCS62-WH cabinet comes finished in a highly-durable semi-matte black paint and semi-matte white, and is constructed from ½" (12mm) birch plywood – and includes a rugged, powder-coated, perforated steel-mesh grille which is backed with reticulated foam. Also, there is an internal M8 and M6 threaded rigging points for suspension of the loudspeaker in any orientation, or mounting with dedicated brackets which is included – available separately.
