The SM52-EZ comes in two color variants: SM52-EZ-BK Speaker in Black and SM52-EZ-WH Speaker in White. It is an economical solution that is professionally designed for integrators who need a surface-mount indoor or outdoor speaker option to be use for music and paging applications. The speaker it built capable of incorporating a dedicated 5.25 inch polypropylene woofer and an offset 1 inch soft dome tweeter that comes along with Waveguide™ for delivering a superb intelligibility for background to foreground music and messaging (up to 100.0 dB max. SPL). SoundTube's proprietary BroadBeam Ring™ technology in all models are made for ensuring the high intelligibility, even well off-axis. Enclosures for the SM52-EZ are made ported that comes along with port plugs included for outdoor use; grilles and mounting hardware are powder coated aluminum. With its 32 watt transformer and 6 position tap switch, the SM52-EZ is crafted capable of offering 25.5 V, 70.7 V and 100 V operation along with an 8 ohm bypass. Inputs are made with the use of via ceramic terminal strips, that made these speakers suitable for European voice evacuation systems. A safety cable, wall mount bracket, conduit connector and port hole plug are all included.
