The MILAB VM-44 L (Link) is professionally designed as the most compact version of the VM-44 where the amplifier is made separated from the capsule by a 3 meter cable (possible to be ordered to custom lengths).

The VM-44 Link is professionally designed as an “active cable” version of the VM-44 where the first stage and the capsule of the amplifier is made separated from the main amplifier by a cable. The standard length intended is 3 meters (ca 10 feet), but it is possible to be customized. The main amplifier is capable to connect directly to an XLR-input without the need for an XLR-cable. The separation of the amplifier means that the capsule end of the VM-44 Link is extremely made light and compact, this makes it excellent for use in field recordings, stereo setups or as a discreet podium microphone during the time it used in combination along with the TS-44 table stand.
