MILAB VM-44-MP Small Membrane condenser, Matched pair (incl. shockmount) supplied in SKB 3i case

The MILAB VM-44-MP is a matched pair of the VM-44 classic supplied in SKB 3i case and comes including a shockmount.

The MILAB VM-44 classic is the professionally designed hand-made small diaphragm condenser capsule built as a wonderfully transparent and capable of handling all fast transients and high frequency content like few, if any, competitors. It comes along with a beautifully straight frequency curve  alongwith a presence peak around 10 KHz which is what making the VM-44 ideal for almost any sound source, but especially for acoustical instruments where it absolutely shines.

The VM-44 is just as home in a studio as on stage, and that's because to its small size and it’s easy to place exactly in place you desire with no having being in the way, so a big thanks to those features. The discreet appearance and natural sound have made the VM-44 range to be very popular among TV studios all around the world.

The -12 dB pad is ensuring high SPL handling, and if cardioid is not the pickup pattern you need, the front is possible to be easily unscrewed in a few seconds and capable to be replaced by an omni or a supercardioid capsule. In a 2009 “blind” shootout in Tape Op Magazine, the VM-44 was chosen as one of the “top picks” out of 91 small diaphragm condensers. The VM-44 is made being offered in three different versions, the Classic, the Link and the Gooseneck.
