The AM Radcap PCIe card offers seamless recording capabilities for up to 32 radio stations simultaneously. Each station's frequency can be easily adjusted via software, and its audio output appears as a standard Windows audio input device. Equipped with a high-speed analog-to-digital converter, the AM Radcap digitizes the entire AM band. Advanced digital signal processing, powered by a Spartan 6 FPGA, enables precise tuning and audio extraction for each station. Configuration options allow for either individual audio streams for each station or paired stations as 2-channel streams. Supplied with a WDM driver compatible with Windows XP, Windows 7/8/10, and other versions, alongside software for tuner frequency settings and audio monitoring. Each station (or pair of stations) features recording level control, mute control, and a peak meter accessible through the devices' mixer ports. The default level setting is 50%, ensuring peak audio levels remain 6dB below clipping even at 100% modulation.

Included with the card is the AmSpectrum utility, which displays the RF spectrum from 500kHz to 1700kHz. This tool aids in antenna placement optimization and interference troubleshooting, with options for wide or narrow receiver bandwidth settings. Additionally, the Tuner utility allows for easy frequency adjustment and station monitoring through the PC's standard sound card or motherboard sound port. Relative signal strength indicator bars provided by the Tuner program assist in optimizing antenna placement. The card comes factory-configured for 6 (PC-AM6), 12, 18, 24, or 32 (PC-AM32) stations but can be expanded in the field for an additional charge, offering flexibility to accommodate varying recording needs.
