Flashlog 8 is a versatile and powerful multi-channel logging software designed to operate seamlessly with Sonifex hardware, including both sound and radio capture cards. This integration allows users to leverage a wide range of logging capabilities within a single PC platform. The software supports recording from various sources, including analog and digital line inputs, IP-based line inputs such as Axia™, Wheatstone™, or Dante™, as well as Sonifex radio capture cards and internet radio streams. With sufficient hardware resources, Flashlog 8 enables users to log radio broadcasts or audio for up to 2 years, offering extensive recording capabilities. When paired with the Sonifex PC-DAB DAB+ multi-ensemble PCIe Radcap card, Flashlog 8 can capture the entire contents of up to four ensembles. During playback, the software decodes and displays additional information such as DLS text, MOT slide shows, and electronic program guides alongside the audio content, enhancing the logging experience.
