Sonifex RB-HD2 Dual Stereo Headphone Amplifier (1U)
Using a single stereo or mono input, the RB-HD2 is a high-performance 2-way stereo headphone distribution amplifier that can power up to two pairs of professional stereo headphones. A button on the back panel allows the left channel input to distribute a mono signal to all four outputs, which includes both earpieces of a stereo headphone set. To avoid unintentional knocks, the stereo/mono switch is situated on the back panel. Electronically balanced and wired unbalanced XLR-3 inputs are available. The master input signal level is adjusted to the outputs via two pre-set controls located on the rear panel. Every output has a ¼" stereo jack connector and can supply 150 to headphones with resistances ranging from 32 ohms to 600 ohms. With a front panel volume control of their own, each output is buffered separately. The power supply connection is shown via an LED power indicator on the front panel.
