The ATI DDA208 Series 2 inputs feed AES audio to 8-separate outputs. Internal jumpers can either select re-clocking or non-re-clocking of the input signal. In many cases, re- clocking is preferred, as this feature enhances the integrity of distorted input signals. Re-clocking may be switched-off to permit the distribution of AES sync signals, or other signals that should not be re- clocked. 

 The ATI DDA208 Series 2 units work with AES signals that consists sample rates from 27 through 192kHz and 16-bit through 24-bit density, hence allowing very high-resolution signals to get distributed.
