Sonifex RB-DDA6S 6 Way Stereo S/PDIF Digital Distribution Amplifier (24 bit, 96kHz Capable)
Comparable to the RB-DDA6A, the RB-DDA6S digital distribution amplifier distributes digital audio data in S/PDIF format. Six S/PDIF audio outputs are delivered at the same level and condition as the incoming signal from its single S/PDIF audio input. It is capable of accepting input bit rates of 16, 20, and 24 bits as well as sample rates between 30 and 100 kHz. Applications include the transmission of high-quality 24-bit 96kHz signals from digital mixing desks to recorders, the distribution of audio at 16-bit 44.1kHz from a consumer CD player to several digital recorders, and connections of the output to several studios, say, from a DVD player.
