The Lectrosonics DM1624F is a high-performance DSP-based digital audio processing, mixing, and routing system designed for professional sound reinforcement and conferencing installations. It is ideal for boardrooms, courtrooms, houses of worship, distance learning facilities, hotels, and other applications requiring multiple microphones and loudspeakers. The system provides 16 microphone/line-level inputs and 24 outputs, connected through a powerful DSP-based crosspoint matrix. This flexible routing architecture allows every input to be assigned to any individual output or distributed to multiple outputs simultaneously, making the DM1624F suitable for complex multi-zone audio systems. After analog-to-digital conversion, each input signal passes through a comprehensive DSP processing chain featuring multiple filters, Automatic Digital Feedback Elimination (ADFE), compression, and digital delay. Crosspoint gain can be precisely adjusted from -69 to +20 dB in 1 dB increments, providing detailed control over every signal path. Each of the 24 outputs features independent digital delay, multiple DSP filters, and compressor/limiter processing. This allows individual output feeds to be tailored for different loudspeaker zones, rooms, or conferencing applications while maintaining consistent and controlled audio performance.
