Sound Devices A20-Outpost-NL Remote NexLink Extender
Sound Devices' long-range remote control system, called NexLink®, operates on all A20 transmitters. With a range beyond audio, this revolutionary technology enables remote control of every setting on the transmitters. Up until recently, NexLink's antennas could not be remotely mounted farther than a few inches due to cable loss because it works at 2.4 GHz. UHF audio antennas and NexLink antennas can be positioned close to the action with the A20-Outpost-NL. It's easy to mount remotely utilizing fiber optic Ethernet or even Cat-6 Ethernet cable. With its antennas inside the arena rather than at the equipment rack, one A20-Outpost-NL can cover all action in a sizable stadium.
