The Yamaha XMS Series combines intelligent power management and advanced onboard DSP to deliver a flexible, efficient solution for installed audio systems. With eight models supporting analog and Dante inputs, four- and eight-channel configurations, and multiple output power options, the XMS Series gives system designers the freedom to create installations around their specific needs. A standout feature is the intelligent power sharing across groups of four output channels. Instead of requiring manual power calculations, the available resources are dynamically distributed within each group. Using ProVisionaire Design, the system automatically configures power allocation based on the selected Yamaha speakers, helping ensure each channel receives the appropriate output. The integrated routing function also allows a single audio source to be distributed across multiple zones within each four-channel group without additional hardware.

Yamaha speaker presets go beyond basic EQ by incorporating optimized limiter settings designed to balance sonic performance with long-term speaker protection. ProVisionaire Design provides comprehensive control over the XMS Series, including detailed parameter adjustment and configuration within a consistent, scalable Commercial Installation Solutions (CIS) environment. Commissioning is made easier with the full-color front-panel LCD, which displays system status and key parameters directly on the amplifier without requiring a laptop. When an issue is detected, an alert appears alongside a QR code linking directly to corrective guidance, helping installation personnel identify solutions quickly and reduce troubleshooting time. Built for professional installations and long-term operation, the XMS Series combines intelligent amplification, flexible routing, DSP processing, and practical commissioning tools to help create reliable and scalable audio systems.
